We never sell or share your address. It is used for The Briefing and to sign you in, nothing else.

Monthly subscriptions are being cancelled, so you will not be charged again. Annual subscribers are refunded the unused portion of their year to the card they paid with.

Your account stays exactly as it is — same email, same sign-in. If you need an invoice or want to check a refund, the Stripe customer portal is still reachable from your account page.

There is no need for one — Fobi is free for everyone, so your whole team can use it. Anyone can sign in with their email via magic link; there is nothing to purchase or administer.

Fobi aggregates and synthesises information from public sources, including SEC EDGAR filings, USPTO patent records, company disclosures, and reputable industry news.

Where AI-generated synthesis is used — briefs, bull and bear cases, funding and sector analysis — sources are cited. We are progressively integrating licensed data providers and proprietary datasets to deepen coverage over time.

Most data pipelines refresh daily; some sources update weekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on their cadence. AI analysis layers are regenerated as new information becomes available.
