Decart
Decart is an AI lab building real-time, interactive world models that generate responsive video and 3D environments, along with the full-stack inference and training infrastructure to run them efficiently. It was co-founded in 2023 by Dean Leitersdorf (CEO) and Moshe Shalev, who met serving in Israel's Unit 8200; the company is based in San Francisco with operations in Israel. Decart raised a $32 million Series A led by Benchmark at a $500 million-plus valuation in December 2024, $100 million at a $3.1 billion valuation in August 2025, and a $300 million round led by Radical Ventures, with Nvidia among the backers, announced in May 2026. Its products include the Oasis world model for physical AI, the Lucy world model for immersive experiences, and DOS, its inference and training stack.
Decart's valuation climbed from about $500M in late 2024 to roughly $4B by 2026 as it bet on real-time generative world models, drawing backing from Nvidia, Amazon, and Radical Ventures.
