It develops the ABAB large-language-model series and the Hailuo line of AI video and audio generation products. The company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in January 2026 and counts miHoYo, Alibaba, Tencent, Hillhouse, HongShan and IDG Capital among its investors.
MiniMax raised about $620M in its January 2026 Hong Kong IPO and more than doubled on debut, joining Zhipu among the first Chinese large-model companies to go public.
