Reports filed with NHTSA over the trailing 12 report-months. Not a safety ranking and not a per-mile rate: operators drive vastly different mileage, so an operator running a large public robotaxi fleet files far more reports than one still testing. Deduped by report ID, keeping the latest amended version.

The subset of the trailing 12 months' reports where some injury was alleged — anything above property-damage-only, excluding blank and unknown severities. Again a count, not a rate: it is not normalized by miles driven, and severity is as alleged at filing, not adjudicated.
