Einride (NASDAQ: ENRD) is a publicly traded Autonomous Trucking company founded in 2016 and based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Einride is a Swedish freight-technology company founded in 2016 by Robert Falck, Filip Lilja, and Linnéa Kornehed, headquartered in Stockholm. It operates a freight ecosystem combining one of the largest heavy-duty electric truck fleets, the cab-less autonomous 'Einride Pod,' and the Saga software platform for planning and optimization, serving large shippers and Fortune 500 customers. In 2019 it became the first company to run a fully autonomous, electric freight vehicle on a public road. Einride raised about $100 million in October 2025 and a $113 million PIPE in February 2026, then went public on Nasdaq on June 10, 2026, via a SPAC merger with Legato Merger Corp. III at a roughly $1.35 billion valuation, trading as ENRD. By late June 2026 the stock traded around $6.3-7.5, below its $10 SPAC reference price, with the company reporting roughly $49 million in run-rate revenue and $92 million in signed contract ARR. The company has also undergone cost-cutting and staff reductions, and founder Robert Falck moved to executive chairman with the CFO taking over as CEO.
Einride is the leading European autonomous-trucking player and one of the few combining electric and driverless freight at commercial scale, now tested by the public markets.
