In March 2024 Gatik raised an $85 million Series C round led by Koch Industries at a reported $700 million valuation, and in early 2026 it announced customer contracts valued at roughly $600 million, alongside a partnership with Isuzu to mass-produce Level 4 autonomous trucks.
Gatik pioneered the constrained, fixed-route middle-mile niche, arguing it is the fastest commercially defensible path to removing the driver versus open-road long-haul.
