Tej Tadi
Electronics engineer and neuroscientist born in Hyderabad. He moved to Switzerland in 2004 to pursue a Ph.D. at EPFL, where his dissertation addressed neural mechanisms of the embodied self using VR and electrical neuroimaging. Building on a VR-based neuro-restoration prototype developed at EPFL, he founded MindMaze in 2011 with a team of five to deliver technology for neuro-rehabilitation, game training, and interfaces. The company reached unicorn status and generates approximately $30 million in annual revenue. He received the Pfizer Foundation neuroscience research prize (2009), IMD startup prize (2012), and World Economic Forum Young Global Leader designation (2015).
