Carbon Casting takes readily available biomass byproducts such as crop and wood residues and dries them to halt decomposition, then compresses the material into dense carbon blocks. Each block is wrapped in an environmentally safe polymer barrier that keeps out moisture and oxygen, and the blocks are placed in monitored underground storage facilities. Because the carbon the plants captured can no longer break down and return to the atmosphere, the method delivers durable, verifiable removal. Graphyte positions Carbon Casting as a low-cost route toward removing millions of tonnes of CO2 per year.
