Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is Oracle's IaaS and platform cloud for compute, storage, networking, and managed databases, with a strong focus on large-scale AI training and inference. It runs GPU superclusters, including the OCI Zettascale10 cluster that anchors the Stargate flagship campus in Abilene, Texas, built with OpenAI. Enterprises and AI labs use OCI for bare-metal performance, predictable pricing, and low-latency networking across multiple regions. Its differentiator is tight integration with Oracle Database, letting customers run mission-critical workloads on the same stack they use on-premises.
Oracle Database 26ai is the company's flagship relational database, extended with native AI capabilities such as vector search and AI agents that operate directly on enterprise data. It targets large enterprises running transactional and analytical workloads that need strict security, availability, and compliance. Developers can query business data with AI-driven features without moving it into a separate vector store. Oracle positions it as the largest commercial database and differentiates it through converged support for relational, JSON, graph, and vector data in one engine.
