Tender Food is a Somerville, Massachusetts startup using a fiber-spinning process to turn plant proteins into whole-muscle cuts such as plant chicken, pulled pork and steak.

NotCo is a Chilean food-tech company that uses an AI platform called Giuseppe to formulate plant-based milk, burgers, mayo and other products, and licenses the same AI to large food makers including via a Kraft Heinz joint venture.
