A seasoned technology founder with 11 years of experience building AI-powered software and scalable platforms, he holds a B.Math (Hons) degree from the Indian Statistical Institute. He joined InVideo as Senior VP of Engineering in January 2022 and was elevated to cofounder and CTO in October 2022. Prior to InVideo, he founded and led fnp.dev and Cubictree as CTO/CEO, bringing end-to-end product development from concept to shipping, and held VP roles in engineering and data at education-tech firm Indiavidual Learning. He consistently translates ambitious product visions into practical, scalable software across edtech, mobility, and AI-driven video tooling—expertise directly informing his leadership of engineering at InVideo AI as the platform scaled from 50K-60K paid users in 2022 to $30M in annual revenue.

Chheda holds a Bachelor in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and a Master's in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Before joining Invideo, he worked at companies including MassBlurb, CouponDunia, and ComScore. With co-founders Sanket Shah and Harsh Vakharia, he previously founded and sold Massblurb, an online automated restaurant management platform acquired by Mobikon. The founding team's vision for Invideo emerged from personal friction: while creating 10-minute video summaries of non-fiction books, the video production process consumed enormous time. As of early 2025, Chheda is listed as a former co-founder, having departed the company.

An electrical and electronics engineer from the University of Mumbai, Shah completed an M.S. in quantitative management at the University of Michigan. Before Invideo, he founded MassBlurb, which was acquired by Mobikon in 2016, and also founded Visify Books, a platform presenting book content in video format. He established Invideo in 2017 to address the need for an accessible and efficient video creation solution. His leadership philosophy centers on eliminating complexity: early on, the team focused on removing traditional video editing's intricate timelines in favor of customizable templates, drag-and-drop interfaces, and stock media libraries—a design ethos that proved foundational as Invideo scaled toward AI-driven generation.
