Immutable

James Ferguson is an Australian entrepreneur who has built technology companies with his younger brother Robbie for much of the past decade, starting with a League of Legends betting platform as teenagers and entering crypto in 2014. In 2018 he co-founded the Sydney-based company (originally Fuel Games) that became Immutable, alongside Robbie Ferguson and Alex Connolly. He serves as CEO of Immutable, which builds infrastructure for blockchain games including the Immutable zkEVM Layer 2.

Robbie Ferguson is an Australian entrepreneur who began building companies as a teenager with his older brother James, including an esports betting platform, and has worked in crypto since 2014. In 2018 he co-founded the Sydney startup that became Immutable, helping launch its early hit game Gods Unchained and the Immutable X scaling platform. He serves as president of Immutable and has been recognized on Forbes 30 Under 30 lists for his work in blockchain gaming.

Alex Connolly met Robbie Ferguson at university and joined as a co-founder about a month into the business in early 2018, becoming the company's chief technology officer. He led the engineering behind Immutable's gaming platform and Immutable X, the StarkWare-powered scaling solution, and later the Immutable zkEVM. He has been among the youngest names on the Australian Financial Review Young Rich List.
