Armadin's core product is a swarm of specialized AI agents running custom models that discover, exploit and chain vulnerabilities across external, internal, identity, cloud and application attack surfaces. The agents run continuously against live production environments and reason and adapt as a human attacker would instead of following a script. Armadin says the swarm generated more than 17 million offensive actions over three days in one engagement and validated 38 attack paths.
Armadin separates vulnerabilities an attacker can actually exploit from scanner noise by proving each attack path end to end, then helps security teams remediate them. It presents the results to chief executives and boards as proof of what an attacker could reach, positioning the platform as an alternative to tools that scan for vulnerabilities without exploiting them.
Armadin's red team operators and analysts run engagements alongside the swarm, reviewing the AI attacker's proposed actions for safety in each customer's environment and supplying context where it stalls. Their tradecraft, from Active Directory kill chains to abuse of application logic, is encoded into the models the agents use.
