Headquartered in Palo Alto, the company raised a $30 million Series A led by Accel, with Bain Capital Ventures participating, announced in July 2025 alongside the launch of its platform. Its products include the Prophet AI SOC Analyst, Prophet AI Threat Hunter, and Prophet AI Detection Advisor.
