In February 2022 it received a growth investment of more than $1 billion led by Vista Equity Partners, with Volition Capital and Eight Roads Ventures participating. In June 2025 Securonix acquired threat-intelligence firm ThreatQuotient to extend its threat detection, investigation, and response (TDIR) platform across internal and external threats.
