Census

Holds an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon and a B.Math from the University of Waterloo. He started his career as a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft working on Visual Studio, then founded Meldium, a YC-backed team password manager acquired by LogMeIn in 2014. He served as Senior Director at LogMeIn before founding Census in 2018 to pioneer the reverse ETL category — syncing data warehouse data back into business tools. Census was acquired by Fivetran in May 2025 to form an end-to-end data movement platform.

Studied at Stanford and the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He worked as a Software Engineer at Amazon contributing to cloud computing services, then as a Software Engineer at BlueKai working on data activation for marketing. He previously co-founded Meldium alongside Boris Jabes, which was acquired by LogMeIn, and subsequently served as Director at LogMeIn. He co-founded Census in 2018, applying his data-integration and engineering leadership to build the reverse ETL category.

Holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Science from MIT and the University of Waterloo. He was a Product Manager for App Engine at Google (2008–2011) and a Group Product Manager at Dropbox (2012–2015), where he joined following Dropbox's acquisition of his YC-backed startup TapEngage. He is a Charter Member of The C100, supporting Canadian entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley. He co-founded Census in 2018 as Chief Product Officer, focusing on data operations and making warehouses operational for go-to-market teams.

Started his career as a Software Engineer at Amazon in the early AWS era, working on infrastructure including early CloudWatch services. He co-founded Meldium alongside Boris Jabes and Anton Vaynshtok — the YC-backed team password manager acquired by LogMeIn — before co-founding Census in 2018. At Census he serves as co-founder and CISO, drawing on his background in data integration across multiple startups to help build the platform's security and engineering foundation.
