Cribl

Studied Business Management at Metropolitan State University of Denver and began his career as a network and systems engineer before moving into product leadership at Cricket Communications and Leap Wireless. He joined Splunk in 2012 as Senior Director of Product Management, leading product for Splunk Cloud and big-data offerings until 2017. Frustrated by how locked-in and expensive it was for enterprises to manage exploding volumes of machine data, he co-founded Cribl in 2018 with former Splunk colleagues Ledion and Dritan Bitincka to build a vendor-neutral observability pipeline. As CEO he has grown Cribl past $200M in ARR and raised a $319M Series E at a $3.5B valuation in 2024.
