Hex

Studied at Northwestern University. He spent several years at Palantir Technologies leading teams at the intersection of product development and real-world deployments, and later joined TrialSpark as Senior Director of Operations and Strategy. He co-founded Hex in 2019 alongside Caitlin Colgrove and Glen Takahashi, building a collaborative data workspace platform designed to streamline the entire analytics workflow. Hex is backed by Sequoia Capital and has become a leading tool for data scientists and analytics engineers seeking to move from analysis to shared insight.

Holds a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University. She started her career as a software engineering intern at Palantir Technologies, rising to Software Engineering Group Lead responsible for a frontend engineering group of around 35 engineers across five teams. She then served as Director of Engineering at Remix, leading three data platform teams. She co-founded Hex in 2019 as CTO, bringing deep expertise in data analytics tooling and engineering leadership. Under her direction Hex's engineering team has built a platform serving tens of thousands of data practitioners.

Holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UCLA. He worked at Palantir Technologies, where he managed six engineers and served as tech lead for three major deployments — including Palantir's largest government deployment, leading a team of 12 engineers — building tools to identify bottlenecks in enterprise data pipeline environments. He also held an Engineering Manager role at TrialSpark. He co-founded Hex in 2019 as Chief Architect, designing the technical architecture of the collaborative data workspace platform he built alongside Barry McCardel and Caitlin Colgrove.
