Nathan Mintz
Spent 14 years as an electronic warfare and radar systems engineer at Raytheon and Boeing before co-founding Epirus in 2018. At Raytheon he designed sensors and EW systems for the U.S. military, building deep expertise in high-power microwave and directed-energy technology. He served as CEO of Epirus and led development of the Leonidas high-power microwave counter-drone system, which the U.S. Army has deployed operationally. He subsequently founded Spartan Radar.
