Epirus

Spent 14 years as an electronic warfare and radar systems engineer at Raytheon and Boeing before co-founding Epirus in 2018. At Raytheon he designed sensors and EW systems for the U.S. military, building deep expertise in high-power microwave and directed-energy technology. He served as CEO of Epirus and led development of the Leonidas high-power microwave counter-drone system, which the U.S. Army has deployed operationally. He subsequently founded Spartan Radar.

Holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech and is an NSF Fellow. He co-engineered chips for IBM Watson before spending 10 years at Raytheon, where he rose to Corporate RF Technical Area Director, won the President's Award for innovation, filed over 70 U.S. and international patents, and served as technical lead on the Next Generation Jammer program. He co-founded Epirus in 2018 and served as CTO, then went on to co-found CHAOS Industries, also focused on software-defined RF systems for defense.
