Chris Lynch
A serial entrepreneur from Seattle who founded multiple venture-backed software startups and led engineering teams at enterprise companies. He was recruited by then-Secretary of Defense Ash Carter to found the Defense Digital Service in 2015, where his team launched Hack the Pentagon, the JEDI Cloud initiative, and provided technical expertise on the F-35 and Next Generation GPS programs under both the Obama and Trump administrations. He departed DDS in 2019 to co-found Rebellion Defense, which builds AI-enabled software for national security; he is a fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center and a lecturer at Stanford's CS department.
