Aleph Cuts is Aleph Farms' brand of cultivated whole-cut beef, grown from the non-modified, non-immortalized cells of a Black Angus cow combined with a plant-protein matrix from soy and wheat. Unlike ground cultivated meat, Aleph aims to reproduce the structure and texture of a true steak. The debut product, the Petit Steak, became the first cultivated beef cleared for sale after the Israeli Ministry of Health deemed it safe to eat in January 2024. The company has positioned the product for premium dining and is pursuing approvals in additional markets.
