Dudum graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Management and Economics. Prior to founding Hims & Hers, he co-founded Atomic, a San Francisco venture studio that incubates and launches new companies — the same environment where Hims was originally conceived in 2017. He is also a partner at the early-stage VC firm Cherubic Ventures. Before Atomic, he developed a lending platform while at Wharton. Hims & Hers, which he co-founded alongside Jack Abraham and Hilary Coles, went public via SPAC in 2021. Dudum has been the company's CEO and a board member since inception.

Co-founded Hims & Hers in 2017 after a personal experience navigating the healthcare system — a urinary tract infection — revealed how difficult it was to access simple, affordable care. Prior to the company, she earned her MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management (2016) and held brand and merchandising roles in the direct-to-consumer space, bringing experience with the playbook later applied to Hims & Hers. She served as VP of Merchandising and later SVP of Brand & Innovation, shaping the company's distinctive, destigmatizing voice across men's and women's wellness categories. The company went public via SPAC merger in 2021.

Dropped out of the Wharton School in 2008 at age 22 to found Milo.com, a local shopping engine that eBay acquired for ~$75 million two years later. After serving as eBay's Head of Local, founded Atomic in 2012, a startup studio that pioneered the "studio fund" model — a firm that both incubates and invests in its own ventures. Atomic co-founded Hims & Hers in 2017, designing the company around direct-to-consumer telehealth for conditions men found stigmatizing to discuss in person. Known for a systematic, pattern-recognition approach to company-building, Abraham treats venture creation as a repeatable process rather than a series of bets, with Atomic operating more like a product studio than a traditional VC firm.

An immigrant who grew up on welfare and food stamps after his family fled Uzbekistan, Spector earned a BS from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and an MBA from Wharton before working at JPMorgan. He quit that role to pursue entrepreneurship, racking up roughly ten failed startup attempts before meeting Andrew Dudum at Atomic, the startup studio behind Hims. At Hims & Hers, Spector built the national telemedicine and physician network, set up the initial pharmacy supply chain, and launched wholesale partnerships — the operational backbone of the business. The company went public on the NYSE in January 2021 at a $1.6 billion valuation. He has been candid about how his family's experience without access to affordable healthcare drove his focus on cost and accessibility at Hims.
