Abstract Systems and methods to train and utilize a formatting model to format text generated automatically by natural language interpretation of speech to reflect context are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: obtain training information; train a formatting model based on the training information; employ, in an ongoing manner until receipt of an indication to terminate, a trained formatting model to format an unformatted textualized input made up of unformatted textualized segments that proceed from a beginning to an end by recursively: obtaining an unformatted textualized segment; determining whether context is available; processing the next unformatted textualized segment to generate a formatted textualized segment based on the context; subsequently assigning the formatted textualized segment as the context; effectuating, subsequent to generating the formatted textualized segment, presentation of the formatted textualized segment; and terminate, upon receipt of the indication to terminate, employment of the formatting model.

Abstract Systems and methods to utilize a trained entity recognition model to generate content block recommendations for a note are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: determine, from note templates stored in electronic storage, a note template to implement for a note based on first current visit information for a scheduled visit for a first subject; provide an information set as the text inputs to the trained entity recognition model; obtain, from the entity recognition model, the categorized entities; determine recommendation template(s) to utilize for configuring content in the note; provide the categorized entities and the recommendation template(s) to a large language model to generate content block recommendations for sections of the note; obtain the content block recommendations; generate the note that includes the content block recommendations; and effectuate, via a client computing platform, presentation of the note.

Abstract Systems and methods to recognize pronunciation variations of individual terms are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: effectuate presentation of a diction interface; obtain audio information that represents sounds captured by the client computing platform; perform speech recognition on the audio information to generate a first term spelling and first term recognition spellings; determine a first ground truth spelling of the first term; upon determination that a first user-specific lexicon does not include the first ground truth spelling, add the first ground truth spelling to first user-specific lexicon; upon the first term recognition spellings matching the first ground truth spelling, correlate the utterance of the first term and the first ground truth spellings; upon the first term recognition spellings not matching the first ground truth spelling, correlate the first term recognition spellings and the first ground truth spelling, and correlate the first ground truth spelling and the utterance of the first term.

Abstract Systems and methods to generate notes based on contextual content are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: obtain audio information that represents sounds captured by a client computing platform, wherein the sounds convey utterances by participants during a conversation session, wherein the participants include at least the first caregiver and the first subject in the first setting; generate a prompt that requests generation of textualized content blocks for inclusion in one or more sections of a note; provide the audio information, first caregiver contextual content for the first caregiver, first subject contextual content for the first subject, and first setting contextual content for the first setting to a context window of a large language model; provide the prompt to the large language model; receive, from the large language model, the textualized content blocks; and populate the textualized content blocks in the note.

Abstract Systems and methods to analyze and identify adaptations to document based on an audience of the document to improve a document quality are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: analyze individual documents to determine its active lexicon from lexicons stored in electronic storage that the individual documents are comprised of; store the documents in correlation with the determined active lexicons in the electronic storage; generate, based on the lexicons and the correlations, audience scores for individual ones of the documents; store the audience scores in the electronic storage; receive a request to obtain a document; and effectuate presentation of the document and the audiences scores corresponding to the document.

Abstract Systems and methods to generate responses to queries conveyed by audio information are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: obtain audio information that represents sounds captured by a client computing platform; generate, by performing speech recognition on the audio information, a transcript representing the utterances; generate engine instructions for a response engine, wherein the response engine is configured to obtain output from one or more resources to determine a final response to the query, wherein the engine instructions include at least part of the transcript and distinguishing descriptions for individual ones of the resources, wherein the distinguishing descriptions for the individual resources include specifications of types of information output by the individual resources; initiate transmission of the engine instructions to the response engine; receive, from the response engine, the final response determined by the response engine for the engine instructions; and effectuate presentation of the final response via the client computing platform.

Abstract Systems and methods to translate a spoken command to a selection sequence are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: obtain audio information representing sounds captured by a client computing platform; analyze the sounds to determine spoken terms; determine whether the spoken terms include one or more of the terms that are correlated with the commands; responsive to determining that the spoken terms are terms that are correlated with a particular command stored in the electronic storage, perform a set of operations that correspond to the particular command; responsive to determine that the spoken terms are not the terms correlated with the commands stored in the electronic storage, determining a selection sequence that causes a result subsequent to the analysis of the sounds; correlate the spoken terms with the selection sequence; store the correlation of the spoken terms with the selection sequence; and perform the selection sequence to cause the result.

Abstract Systems and methods to cause annotation transfers between client computing platforms are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: manage user account information within user accounts associated with users; authenticate a first device and a second device to a first user account based on first login information; receive, via a network from the first device, a first annotation; transmit, to the second device responsive to receipt of the first annotation, a transfer indication that the first annotation is to be inserted into a document being presented via the second device; receive, responsive to the transfer indication, a point of insertion within the document; effectuate, via the first device, presentation of a completion request to complete the insertion; receive, from the first device responsive to presentation of the completion request, a completion indication to cause the first annotation to be inserted; effectuate, responsive to reception of the completion indication, insertion of the first annotation.
