Founded in 2016 and headquartered on the Isle of Man, Juvenescence is an AI-enabled biotech and holding company developing and acquiring medicines to extend healthy human lifespan, co-founded by investor Jim Mellon, Greg Bailey and Declan Doogan. It has built a portfolio of aging-focused programs and subsidiaries, historically including assets associated with AgeX Therapeutics. In April 2025 Juvenescence announced a strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi healthcare group M42, and in May 2025 it acquired AI drug-discovery company Ro5 following a $76M Series B-1 first close led by M42. Reported total funding is roughly $325M across rounds, with investors including M42, IPGL and Grok Ventures.
