Tally Health carries something scarce in consumer longevity — a genuine brand, anchored by Harvard aging scientist David Sinclair and run by an experienced consumer operator in CEO Melanie Goldey — and in April 2026 it converted that asset into a strong outcome: it was acquired by Infinite Epigenetics, the parent of TruDiagnostic, in what was billed as the largest epigenetic-testing deal to date. That vertical integration attacks the exact weakness of a standalone consumer test: TallyAge readouts gain scientific credibility from TruDiagnostic's clocks, while TruDiagnostic gains a polished membership funnel, recurring supplement revenue, and a mass-market on-ramp it never had. The membership model — bundling the at-home cheek-swab epigenetic test with personalized recommendations and research-backed supplements — is the right recurring-revenue architecture for a category prone to one-and-done testing. As biological-age tracking moves from novelty toward routine consumer health behavior, the combined entity owns both the trusted science and the consumer relationship, a position few competitors can replicate.
