Founded in 2020 by Ryan Smith and based in Lexington, Kentucky, TruDiagnostic operates a CLIA-certified epigenetics lab and offers DNA-methylation tests that measure biological age and pace of aging. Its flagship TruAge platform analyzes over 900,000 methylation sites and reports next-generation clocks including OMICmAge (developed with Harvard), the licensed DunedinPACE pace-of-aging biomarker, and Systems Age, which breaks biological age down by organ system. The company has built one of the largest methylation biobanks and collaborates with academic groups such as Yale and Duke on intervention studies. In 2026 TruDiagnostic and its consumer-brand acquisition Tally Health were brought together under Infinite Epigenetics.
