Randy Altschuler
A Princeton B.A. graduate (German Studies) and Harvard Business School MBA holder (with Distinction) and Fulbright Scholar at the University of Vienna, he began his career as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, then worked in private equity at The Blackstone Group. He co-founded OfficeTiger (1999), a major business process outsourcing firm, and CloudBlue Technologies (2001), an e-waste recycler acquired by Ingram Micro in 2013. He co-founded Xometry in 2013 to build an AI-powered marketplace for custom manufacturing, took it public on Nasdaq in 2021, and transitioned to Executive Chairman in July 2026.
