Vitrimax Versatile Hot Melt (VHM) is Mallinda's vitrimer-based composite resin system. Vitrimers are reprocessable thermosets: covalent bonds in the network can dynamically exchange at elevated temperatures, so cured parts retain thermoset stiffness and chemical resistance yet can be reshaped, repaired and recycled like thermoplastics. Vitrimax is engineered for standard composites manufacturing and enables circular recycling back to monomer, recovering both the resin and fully intact reinforcing fibers. Mallinda targets full recycling and reuse of production scrap for high-performance composites at lower cost than virgin inputs.
