Eve Air Mobility

Eve Air Mobility grew out of EmbraerX, the innovation arm of Brazilian aerospace manufacturer Embraer, and was spun into a separate company before listing on the NYSE in May 2022 via a SPAC merger with Zanite Acquisition Corp. Embraer remains the majority owner, holding roughly 70% of the company, and Eve operates with US offices in Melbourne, Florida while drawing on Embraer's engineering and certification expertise in Brazil. Beyond its four-passenger eVTOL aircraft, Eve develops Vector, an urban air-traffic-management software platform. Total funding reached about $1.2 billion as of early 2026, and the company reports a large non-binding order pipeline of letters of intent alongside a growing book of firm orders.
