Whoosh (MOEX: WUSH) is a publicly traded Micromobility company founded in 2019 and based in Moscow, Russia.
Whoosh (Whoosh Holding PJSC) is a shared kick-scooter operator founded in 2019 by Dmitry Chuyko and a group of former S7 Group managers. It runs large dockless e-scooter and e-bike fleets primarily across Russia and the CIS, and has been expanding internationally into Latin America, entering Brazil, Chile, and Colombia. Whoosh held its IPO on the Moscow Exchange in December 2022 under the ticker WUSH, raising about 2.1 billion rubles (roughly $33 million) at a valuation near 20.6 billion rubles in the first Russian IPO after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The company recorded 13.33 billion rubles of revenue in 2024 (up about 25%) on 149.7 million trips, and reports markedly higher per-ride revenue in its Latin American markets.
Whoosh is one of the few publicly traded, profitable shared-micromobility pure-plays, and its Latin America push tests whether a CIS-built scooter operator can export its profitable model to higher-yield markets.
