FIS reported Q1 2026 GAAP revenue of $3.295 billion, up 30% year-over-year. The headline GAAP diluted EPS of $4.58 includes a $2.2 billion after-tax gain from the January 2026 Worldpay stake sale. Adjusted EPS rose 12% to $1.36, while adjusted EBITDA increased 36% to $1.304 billion with margin expansion of 176 basis points to 39.6%, driven by the acquisition of Total Issuing Solutions and cost savings.
