Ramp Network
Ramp Network is a Stablecoins & On-Ramps company founded in 2018 and based in London, United Kingdom. It has raised $132.8M in total funding, most recently a Series B in 2022.
Founded in 2018 by Polish entrepreneurs Szymon Sypniewicz and Przemek Kowalczyk and headquartered in London, Ramp Network provides Web3 financial infrastructure that lets apps, wallets, and dApps embed fiat-to-crypto on-ramp and crypto-to-fiat off-ramp flows through a developer-friendly SDK and API. The non-custodial, MiCA-licensed solution handles KYC/AML compliance, payment processing, and liquidity across a wide range of cryptocurrencies and blockchains, with offices in the UK, US, Ireland, and Poland. In a quiet leadership transition around mid-2025, co-founder Przemek Kowalczyk became CEO while Szymon Sypniewicz moved to Chairman. Ramp received MiCA CASP authorization from the Central Bank of Ireland in December 2025, competes directly with MoonPay and Transak in the consumer on-ramp layer, and in April 2026 launched its own self-custodial multichain wallet worldwide (excluding the EU at launch). It should not be confused with the similarly named US expense-management fintech Ramp (ramp.com).
Ramp is one of the major developer on-ramps powering wallet and dApp integrations globally, competing head-to-head with MoonPay and Transak in the critical fiat-gateway layer.
