Arik Shtilman
Co-founded Rapyd in 2016. Previously co-founded and served as CEO of Flash Networks, a mobile internet optimization company. Earlier, co-founded Celenet Communications, which was acquired by Terayon. Began his career in software engineering after serving in an elite technology unit of the Israeli Defense Forces. Holds no formal university degree — left Ben-Gurion University's computer science program to pursue entrepreneurship. Known for an intense, hands-on operational style and a willingness to tackle the hardest infrastructure problems in cross-border payments by building rather than outsourcing.
