Agnostiq created Covalent, an open-source Python workflow orchestration platform for heterogeneous compute. DataRobot acquired Agnostiq in February 2025 and integrated Covalent's orchestration technology into its agentic AI application platform; Agnostiq no longer operates as an independent quantum software company.
Covalent helped abstract hybrid workflows across CPUs, GPUs, HPC clusters, and quantum backends; its integration into DataRobot is now more relevant to agentic AI infrastructure than to a standalone quantum-company roster.
