Georges-Olivier Reymond
Reymond earned a PhD in quantum physics from Université Paris-Sud under the supervision of Philippe Grangier, where he pioneered the trapping of a single atom in an optical tweezer — work published in Nature that established the foundational technique behind Pasqal's neutral-atom platform. He co-founded Pasqal in 2019 alongside Nobel laureate Alain Aspect and fellow researchers from Institut d'Optique / CNRS. As Chief Strategic Alliances Officer, he leads key government and enterprise partnerships, including major contracts with the German Federal Government and Saudi Aramco.
