Quantum processor based on phosphorus donor atoms placed inside pure silicon wafers with 0.13-nanometer (atomic-level) precision using scanning tunnelling microscope manufacturing. Achieves qubit fidelities up to 99.99%—among the highest recorded—with a unique scaling property where qubit quality improves as qubit count increases. In August 2025, Australian Defence purchased a QML (quantum machine learning) processor for on-premises deployment, the company's first government sale.
