Wu Wenlong
Wu Wenlong (also known as Eric Wu) was an early core team member and CTO of Anker Innovations, holding a meaningful equity stake in the company before its IPO and gaining deep experience in consumer-electronics manufacturing, Amazon marketplace operations, and global distribution. In January 2017 he left to found Govee, focusing on affordable, design-forward smart lighting. He popularized addressable RGBIC light strips and grew the brand — operated under parent Shenzhen Intellirocks Tech — from zero to several hundred million dollars in annual revenue within roughly seven years, largely through online channels. Notably press-shy, Wu has built Govee toward a planned public listing while reinvesting proceeds from his earlier Anker stake into the company's expansion.
