Yarbo

Yarbo is a Ronkonkoma, New York company, founded by Allen Huang, that builds an autonomous outdoor yard robot designed around a modular '1+N' system: one self-driving core unit paired with interchangeable seasonal modules for snow blowing, lawn mowing, leaf blowing, and trimming. The robot uses GPS-RTK and onboard sensing to navigate and operate a yard year-round, positioning itself as a multipurpose alternative to single-task robot mowers and snow throwers. Yarbo first reached customers through a crowdfunding campaign and in April 2025 closed an approximately $27 million Series B, bringing reported total funding to roughly $30 million. The company sells direct to consumers across North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia.
