Arini

Abdulrahman Jamjoom studied Computer Science at Harvard University and co-led the AI team at Threads, an enterprise communication platform, where he worked alongside co-founder Rami Rustom automating customer support and document workflows. The two met in high school in Jordan, reconnected professionally, and founded Arini after door-to-door research in dental clinics revealed chronic front-desk chaos. Arini, part of Y Combinator's W24 batch, provides AI-powered receptionists for dental practices, automating patient scheduling and communication.

Rami Rustom earned a BS in Computer Science from MIT in 2021, completing research stints at MIT CSAIL and the MIT Self Assembly Lab. He was an early engineer at Threads, an enterprise communication platform, where he focused on search and AI products and worked alongside Abdulrahman Jamjoom. The two co-founded Arini (YC W24) after shadowing dental offices and experiencing first-hand the operational bottlenecks facing small practices. Rustom serves as CTO, overseeing the core voice AI and integration stack.
