Jesse Zhang
Jesse Zhang studied Computer Science at Harvard before founding Lowkey, a gaming social network acquired by Niantic. He also held internships at Google, Citadel, and Hudson River Trading. In 2023 he co-founded Decagon, an AI customer-service platform that deploys autonomous agents across voice and digital channels. Decagon has raised over $100 million, counts enterprises such as Duolingo and Notion among its clients, and named Zhang to the Forbes 30 Under 30 AI list for his work reshaping enterprise customer support.
