Bob Summers started coding at age eight, sold his first piece of software at 14, and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan. He spent over a decade at Google as a Senior Product Leader across Google Ads and Google Assistant, then co-founded CallJoy inside Google's Area120 incubator — an AI phone agent for small businesses. When CallJoy was shut down, Summers founded Goodcall in 2020 to bring the same concept to market independently. Goodcall provides an AI-powered answering service for small and local businesses, integrating with scheduling and POS systems to handle customer calls automatically.
