Russell d'Sa is a serial founder and Silicon Valley native who attended the University of Washington and Y Combinator. He co-founded Zecter, which was acquired by Motorola Mobility, then co-founded Evie Labs, acquired by Medium in 2019, where he led product for creators and readers. He was also a Senior Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund. LiveKit, founded in 2021, is his fifth company; it provides open-source real-time audio, video, and AI agent infrastructure and counts OpenAI as a flagship customer, powering voice capabilities in ChatGPT's real-time mode.
