Swapnil Jain holds a BTech in Computer Science from IIT Delhi (2012). He joined Twitter as an early India-based engineer, ultimately opening and leading the company's first India engineering office as a technical team lead. In 2016 he recognized that speech AI and deep learning were at an inflection point for contact centers, and after conducting market research in Indian and Philippine call centers, co-founded Observe.AI in 2017. The platform applies speech analytics, NLP, and AI agents to 100% of contact center calls, and has raised over $213 million in funding.

Jithendra Vepa holds a PhD in Speech Technology from the University of Edinburgh and conducted postdoctoral research at IDIAP Research Institute in Switzerland, collaborating with MIT, Carnegie Mellon, and Cambridge on automatic meeting transcription and speech summarization. He spent over eight years at Samsung Electronics building voice assistants and AI for consumer electronics, and held a Senior Research Scientist role at Philips Research focused on biomedical signal processing. He co-founded Observe.AI in 2017, bringing over 18 years of speech technology expertise to the company's AI engine.

Sharath Keshava Narayana holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and has over 20 years of enterprise software sales experience. He co-founded Observe.AI in 2017 and served as CRO, scaling the business to multi-million ARR and helping secure a $125 million Series C round. After departing Observe.AI, he co-founded Sanas, an accent-translation AI company, where he now serves as President and CEO. He also founded Carya Venture Partners and is an active investor in AI SaaS startups.

Akash Singh co-founded Observe.AI in 2017 alongside Swapnil Jain and Sharath Keshava Narayana after identifying the opportunity that advances in speech and NLP technology created for contact center intelligence.
