Hakob Astabatsyan is a German-based entrepreneur who spent eight years building two ventures and developed deep expertise in scaling businesses. Before Synthflow he worked in strategy consulting at BCG and in venture building at Rocket Internet, where he gained experience launching and growing companies across multiple markets. In 2023 he co-founded Synthflow AI with his sibling Albert and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky. The Berlin-based company offers a no-code platform for deploying AI voice agents; Astabatsyan scaled it 13x in ARR to power over 45 million AI-driven calls for more than 1,500 companies.
