Pulsetto was founded in 2021 in Vilnius, Lithuania, by Povilas Sabaliauskas and Vitalijus Majorovas. Its hands-free, neck-worn wearable applies gentle electrical impulses to stimulate the vagus nerve (transcutaneous vagus-nerve stimulation), aiming to shift the body from 'fight or flight' toward 'rest and digest.' A companion mobile app offers preset programs grouped around stress, sleep, anxiety, and relaxation. The company received early backing from Kilo Health and a Lithuanian angel/Shark Tank investment, and in early 2025 raised a roughly €2M round led by dual-use technology fund Scalewolf to extend its vagus-nerve stimulation technology toward mental-resilience and defense applications.
