Eric Larchevêque
Eric Larchevêque is a French entrepreneur and engineer who earned a degree from ESIEE Paris and was an early French Bitcoin advocate, founding La Maison du Bitcoin, a Bitcoin center in Paris. In 2014 that venture merged with the hardware startup BTChip and Chronocoin to form Ledger, of which he was a co-founder and founding CEO. He led Ledger through the launch of its best-selling Nano S and Nano X hardware wallets before stepping back from the CEO role in 2019; Pascal Gauthier, who joined as president in 2017, later became chairman and CEO.
