Brandon Millman was previously a senior engineer at Twitter and a core engineer at 0x Labs, the team behind the 0x decentralized-exchange protocol and the Matcha trading interface. He co-founded Phantom in 2021 with former 0x colleagues to bring fintech-grade user experience to crypto self-custody, starting with a Solana-first wallet. He serves as CEO, leading the company as Phantom grew into the dominant consumer wallet on Solana and expanded into a multichain wallet with more than 10 million monthly active users.

Francesco Agosti was an engineer at 0x Labs before co-founding Phantom in 2021 alongside Brandon Millman and Chris Kalani. He serves as Phantom's CTO, leading the engineering behind its non-custodial multichain wallet spanning Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, and Bitcoin, with in-wallet swaps, staking, and dApp connectivity. His focus has been on the security and reliability of a wallet used by millions of self-custody users.

Chris Kalani is a product and design leader who worked at 0x Labs before co-founding Phantom in 2021 with Brandon Millman and Francesco Agosti. As Chief Product Officer he leads Phantom's product and design, shaping the clean, consumer-friendly interface that helped the wallet stand out on Solana. His emphasis on onboarding and user experience has been central to Phantom's growth as a mainstream self-custody wallet.
