Abstract An actuator apparatus includes an actuator rod with an interior cavity and a set of rod holes. Each rod hole extends through the actuator rod to the cavity. The set of rod holes is positioned in a straight line. The apparatus includes a light assembly that is positioned to light the cavity. The apparatus includes an actuator block that includes an opening extending through the actuator block sized to conform to an outer surface of the actuator rod and a set of block holes in the opening. Spacing between the block holes matches spacing between the rod holes. The actuator block includes a light sensor positioned in a block hole to sense light coming through a rod hole aligned with the block hole and a ball bearing for each block hole of the set of block holes without a light sensor and extending partially through the corresponding block hole.

Abstract A control apparatus for a lifting mechanism, including: a mount box, a circuit board, and a toggle assembly, the circuit board including a lift switch which is elastically auto-reset and configured to control lifting, the toggle assembly being operable by pushing to close the lift switch. a limit portion is provided on each of two sidewalls of the toggle assembly, the limit portion being staggered with the lift switch along a depth direction of the toggle assembly and vertically movable with the toggle assembly; and a stop portion is provided on each of two sidewalls of the mount box; the toggle assembly includes a free state in which the stop portion vertically stops the limit portion and a pushed state in which the toggle assembly rotates about a pivot point which is a contact point between the stop portion and the limit portion.

Abstract Disclosed is a filler piece mounting assembly for a lifting column. The lifting column includes a first casing and a second casing sliding in the first casing. The filler piece mounting assembly includes a resilient filler piece and a fixed frame for fixing the resilient filler piece. The resilient filler piece is disposed outside an outer wall of the second casing and axially fixed relative to the first casing. The fixed frame is disposed at a front end of the first casing and moves relative to the first casing. A first inclined surface is disposed on an outside of the resilient filler piece. The fixed frame includes an extrusion part for extruding the first inclined surface, and the extrusion part extrudes the first inclined surface to radially deform the resilient filler piece to adjust a clearance between the resilient filler piece and the second casing.

The actuator apparatus includes a verification module with a light modulator that modulates light of the light assembly to transmit a position signal, and a verification circuit that transmits a verification signal in response to the light sensor receiving the position signal.

Each pair of adjacent pole pieces, in the segmented stator assembly, defines a pair of linearly-offset and angularly-offset rims that cooperate to define a tapered annular interstice in a radial array of tapered annular interstices. Each winding is arranged about a tapered annular interstice in the radial array of tapered annular interstices. The rotor: encompasses the segmented stator assembly; and includes magnetic elements configured to magnetically couple to the set of windings to rotate the rotor about the axis.

Abstract A self-locking mechanism for a gearing arrangement, a gearing arrangement, an actuator, and a lifting platform, which relate to the technical field of lifting tables. The self-locking mechanism includes a casing, a self-locking gear, and a brake member, the self-locking gear meshing with the gearing arrangement, the brake member being connected between the casing and the self-locking gear; in a case where the gearing arrangement pushes the self-locking gear forwardly, the brake member releases the self-locking gear, and in a case where the gearing arrangement pushes the self-locking gear reversely, the brake member brakes the self-locking gear.

Abstract A rotating self-locking actuator includes a housing, a self-locking device, and a motor shaft at least one end of which extends out of the housing. The self-locking device includes a pin rod, a friction cap which is disposed outside the housing and sleeved over the motor shaft, and an arc-shaped groove extending helically about an axial direction of the motor shaft and provided on a side wall of the friction cap. The pin rod rotates synchronously with the motor shaft and is sliding-fitted with the arc-shaped groove. The motor shaft causes the pin rod to rotate such that the friction cap is driven by the pin rod to move axially to contact the housing, whereby friction self-locking is enabled, and the friction cap is driven by the pin to move axially to detach from the housing, whereby the friction self-locking is released.
