Pre-seed and seed fund of the Phoenix Court group, rooted in London's King's Cross.

LocalGlobe is the pre-seed and seed fund founded by father-and-son investors Robin and Saul Klein, with roots going back to 1999. Since June 2022 it has operated under the Phoenix Court umbrella alongside growth fund Latitude and scale-up fund Solar, and in 2025-26 the group restructured into a shared-ownership model with its foundation as largest shareholder. The portfolio includes Wise, Improbable, TravelPerk, Melio and Zoopla.
