QED Investors is a fintech-focused venture firm founded in 2007 by Nigel Morris, co-founder of Capital One, together with Frank Rotman and Caribou Honig. Headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, QED has invested in more than 225 financial-services companies across roughly 20 countries, including Nubank, Credit Karma, Klarna, SoFi and Remitly, and closed nearly $1 billion in new funds in 2023.
